Thank you for continuing to choose me for your hair needs!  I am so excited for you to get a reservation set up.

As a reminder, my schedule opens up for 90 days ahead.  If you are unsure of what service to book, reach out to me by text or read the service descriptions on the booking page.

*Please note that you are requesting an appointment.  Appointments will be reviewed and confirmed based on my approval.

Salon Policies

Cancellation policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options, I do require 24 hours notice should you have to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel with less notice, a $30 cancellation fee will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

No Show policy

A no show will result in an invoice being sent for 50% of the scheduled services due immediately.   No appointment can be rescheduled without the invoice being paid.

Service satisfaction policy

I strive to offer the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.  Service correction requests beyond 7 days are subject to an additional service charge.

Sick policy

 I will do my best to provide a safe, sanitary environment for all guests.  If you are experiencing illness or are feeling unwell, please wear a mask or if needed, reschedule your appointment.
