About Bekki Roy Hair
Welcome! I'm Bekki, stylist of 24 years. I am an independent stylist working out of the Salon V Beauty Lounge. For the past 20 years I've worked in New Bedford, proudly serving the Southcoast community. I come from a big family of wavy and curly hair textures. Watching people struggle to style their textured hair inspired me to really focus on taking care of the curly beauties. I've made it my mission to study and learn techniques for cutting, styling, and coloring curly hair. Your curls will be in good hands with me! Now I am not a morning person, so simplifying curly routines is my way of helping you enjoy a few more minutes of sleep every day. While my focus is now on curls, I do still enjoy working with all textures of hair.
As someone who started their vegan journey some time ago I value the importance of using products with natural ingredients. It's why I choose to work with brands that prioritize both clean ingredients and sustainability.
When I'm not working in the salon, you'l probably find me at the beach with my daughter, reading some kind of fantasy or history book, or trying out some new recipes on my husband!
